Reid has Coached Minor Rattler teams for the past 6 years and was Assistant Coach for the Jr A Rattlers last year. "His teams have always been competitive and the core of this team swept every CIHA tournament in their 16U division in 2001. We've got the same basic structure only now every player has experience at this level now!" added Araujo

Confirmed back for Mississauga is Chris Rebernik, Ian Starkman, Phil Nolan, Andrew Willock, Andrew Bedford, Kyle Reid, T.J. Trevelyan and Michael Binnie. Binnie was stellar in between the pipes for the Rattlers last season while Starkman and Nolan were a rock solid Defence. Bedford, Willock and Reid were the leading scoring triumvent for the club in 2002. The return of Joel Covelli from Brantford and T.J. Trevelyan to Inline Hockey is great for the team and the game. Trevelyan took last season off to consentrate on joining the St. Lawrence Saints who play in the NCAA ECAC division on Ice. T.J. was their 5th leading scorer this past season. Covelli played on ice this past season with Willock and Bedford on the Mississauga Chargers in the OPJAHL. Bedford led the Chargers in scoring with Willock and Covelli both stay in the top ten. Chris Rebernik joined the St. Michaels Majors in the OHL for his rookie season in the "O"!

"We're confident that some of the other players from last year will also return but they have yet to finalize scheduled for this summer and we are asking for a full commitment" said Araujo. "We also have some real great rookies coming up the pipe who will be giving these guys the sound of rubber on their heals though!" The Rattlers begin tryouts this coming week (listed below).
