These players are selected through various selection and evaluation processes that are designed to meet certain CIHA High Performance Policies and must also meet financial controls and restraints of the organization.

Women: World Inline Hockey Championship, June 21-June 15, 2003, Czech Republic.

18U: Junior World Cup, Aug.3-6,2003, West Bloomfield, Michigan, USA.
