The National men's team captured the gold medal at the Firs World Inline Roller Hockey Championships on Thursday night. In an exciting game of back and forth action, Canada earned the win with a 6-5 result.

With Canada leading late in the game, the US scored in the 19th minute to seemingly send the game into overtime. But then Canada scored only 10 seconds later to take the lead permanently.
