NEW COACH AND
PRESIDENT
Bramrad Hockey Club and the Brampton
Junior Nationals are excited to
announce that effective February 1,
2003 Nic Martins was appointed
president, director and coach of the
Junior Nationals. Nic brings an
extensive coaching record as coach of
the Bramalea Blues, Brampton
Batallion, Brampton Radicals and head
instructor at Varsity Hockey School.
Nic was also head coach in 2002 and
2003 of Team Ontario. As head coach,
Nic will be responsible for player
selection, development and leadership.
The organization is also pleased to
announce Raymond Martins as treasurer
and director and the appointment of
George Cescon as Chairman of Bramrad
Hockey Club, and Andy Tarantino as
General Manager and will work closely
with Nic to maintain the high standard
of play of the Junior Nationals.

support our sponsors, encourage hard
work ethic to our young adults and
provide an opportunity for our players
to play the highest level of Roller
Hockey in the world in preparation for
their university, business and
professional careers.
NOT FOR PROFIT OWNERSHIP
The BRAMPTON NATIONALS are owned by
Bramrad In-Line Hockey Club, which was
organized as a not-for-profit
corporation since July 2000. The
club will operate its 2003 season out
of South Fletcher Creek Arena under
the Nationals name and will play all
home games on SPORT COURT surface on
Thursday nights. The organization is
affiliated with Brampton In Line
Hockey Inc and is a member of Canadian
Hockey In Line Association which owns
and operates the Ontario based Great
Lakes Junior Roller Hockey league.
TRYOUTS
Tryouts and player selection will
begin in April 2003 with CHIA league
play beginning in May. For 2003 CHIA
is affiliated with Torhs Tournaments,
which will lead to North American
Championships in Rochester New York in
July 2003. For any information on the
