Lakes Jr A Champs.
In a great final to a strong season
the Hamilton Power defeated the
Toronto Tigers in a best of 3 series.
Hamilton Power won the first game
4-2 with a very strong performance
from goaltender Brett Legett. Mike
Bungoney had two goals, Chad Martin and
Greg Kelly had a goal and an
assist each, as Frank Castiglione and
Curtuis Edgecomb each added an
assist. Kyle Whitfield and Kyle
Addison replied for the Tigers.
In game two the Hamilton Power proved
to be to strong as they beat the
Toronto Tigers 8-4 winning the series
2 games to nothing. Chad Martin
lead the way with 4 goals for the
Power. Greg Kelly also had a strong
game as he had a hat trick and
finishing out the scoring for the Power
was Jeff Aglor.
The CIHA would like to send out a
special congratulation to both teams
for making it to the finals.
