Hockey is arguably one of the most popular sports in Canada and I am surprised that many people do not actually like to watch the sport. Inline hockey is starting to grow exponentially in popularity and people tend to not really know what it takes to become an inline hockey player.
Strength in the legs
In order to play the sport properly, you must have really strong legs. By skating everyday, you will inevitably be getting stronger legs because your body will become very used to the stress that you put on it. This is a very good habit to have, and you should definitely skate as much as you possibly can.
Flexibility
You should be very flexible and you should learn how to properly stretch on a daily basis. Every morning when you wake up you should get dressed and then stretch your legs and back. By doing this every morning, you will be teaching your body how to become nimble and ready to play hockey. Practice the sport everyday and you will definitely improve. Practice will definitely make whatever you do permanent, so make that you are practicing as perfect as possible. With just a little patience, you will definitely improve.
