The Essential Rules of Canadian Inline Hockey
Inline hockey is a sport similar to ice hockey but played with inline skates. Like ice hockey, the player use hockey sticks to try to get the puck into the opponent’s goal; the details of the game has been adjusted such as the playing surface and the design of the puck, to allow the use of inline skates. This sport is often played in Canada.

1. Play inline hockey on a flat surface that’s clear of debris and obstacles that can become dangerous
2. No checking or body blocking. Only accidental contact is allowed.
3. There is no off sides or icing in inline hockey. Players can be anywhere they want on the court, and shots can be taken from anywhere.
4. Kicking the puck is legal, but a goal cannot be scored from kicking the puck.
5. Five players on each team. This includes the goalie.
6. Each half begins with a face off and the game is played until one team scores or the puck goes out of play.
7. There is a face off every time a goal is made.
